On Governance

When the legislative becomes a mere stamping pad for the whims of the executive, or the other way around, it’s no longer a function of check and balance, but a downright conspiracy.

In one of the pleadings I submitted in court, in a case that we initiated against a Local Government Unit.  We lost in that one.

Poe Versus COMELEC

The COMELEC did not disqualify Sen. Grace Poe to run for president in the May 2016 elections.  Let’s make no mistake about that. Okay, this one is going to be short. At least, in this article, a good food can be had in four simple and very easy steps.  All that one has got to do is find it, pick it, wash it, and grill it. I don’t wanna spoil the fun by jumping right into the end of the story.  But just like in some movies, they put the last parts of the movie in the intro, and then whole movie is devoted to telling how it got there. That is, in this case, an empty plate and a full stomach.
